Out of the box the game is pillarboxed to 16:9 with no FOV slider. The Nexus 'remove black bars' mod (v1.0.1, needs ModEngine3) unlocks ultrawide, and a separate UI-fixes mod reportedly repositions the HUD for 21:9 and 32:9, but I could not verify the latter directly. Flawless Widescreen has an Elden Ring module only for the original game, not Nightreign. Mods generally require bypassing Easy Anti-Cheat, so I could not confirm online safety and rate it conservatively.
