Overview
ESO renders natively in Hor+ so a 32:9 panel gets genuinely more world on screen with no black bars anywhere, rare for an eight-plus-year-old MMO. At 3440x1440 the UI spreads out cleanly and is adjustable via a UI-size slider, but on 5120x1440 several forum reports describe stretched or oddly-scaled menu elements and cursor sensitivity feeling off. No mod or injector is needed — everything here is native engine behavior.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
No dedicated fix exists for the menu/cursor scaling quirks reported at 32:9 — this is a minor native-engine UI limitation, not something a mod or config edit currently addresses.
