Overview
Fallout 4's April 2024 Next-Gen Update finally added official 21:9/32:9 resolution options, but at 32:9 the result is rough out of the box: the HUD and menus stretch rather than reposition, and old INI-based FOV tweaks got reset by the update. The Nexus Mods "Super Ultra Wide Interface (32x9)" fix, released within a day of the update, is the community-verified way to get a properly scaled HUD — treat native support as a resolution unlock only, not a finished ultrawide experience.
