Overview
Fallout 76 has had Hor+ ultrawide support since patch 1.0.3.10, but many UI and HUD elements remain stretched per PCGamingWiki. Community Nexus mods for 21:9 and 32:9 interface layouts exist. It is an always-online game and Bethesda does not officially support mods, so ban risk could not be confirmed either way; cutscene and menu behavior were not confirmed.

The Slasher updateSep 19, 2026
Verified Hor+ support and stretched UI via PCGamingWiki; latest Steam announcement is Fallout 76: The Slasher release notes (2026-09-15). Nexus mod page 1201 sat behind a bot challenge, so mod version and compatibility come from search snippets only (lower confidence). Cutscene/menu fields are conservative estimates.
