Overview
Unlike the original Hades (which needed the Hephaistos mod), Hades II natively renders gameplay Hor+ with the HUD expanding to fill the screen, so a 32:9 ultrawide gets a genuinely wider view rather than a cropped one. Dialogue scenes and static/FMV screens are pillarboxed with dedicated artwork instead of plain black bars, which looks intentional rather than broken.
