Overview
On a 32:9 panel Half-Life 2 is about as good as a 2004 game gets: PCGamingWiki lists Gold WSGF ratings for widescreen, multi-monitor, and ultra-widescreen, and the game genuinely hor+ scales your FOV out instead of cropping. The 20th Anniversary Update further fixed old UI-scaling bugs at high/wide resolutions. No letterboxing anywhere, in menus or in-engine story sequences.
