Overview
Gameplay in every MCC title is Hor+ with a 70-120 degree FOV slider (some titles have limits, e.g. Reach's Falcon FOV is locked) and each game offers a spanned-HUD option. Cutscenes are the weak spot: PCGamingWiki reports pillarboxed cutscenes in Reach, Halo 3, ODST and Halo 4 (notably at 32:9) and windowboxed videos in Halo 2: Anniversary. A community tool fixes them, but it works around Easy Anti-Cheat, so it only runs in the anti-cheat-off mode with no online play.

Steam current buildSep 19, 2026
Read the PCGamingWiki pages for the MCC hub and Halo CE:A, 2A, 3, 4, Reach and ODST (FOV ranges, spanned HUD, pillarboxed cutscenes) and the PCGW Community cutscene-tool page (covers Reach, 2A, 3, ODST, 4; tested at 2560x1080, 5120x1440, 5760x1080; mentions anti-cheat mode limitation). Could not confirm a current tool version number or MCC build number. Halo 2A rated limited by PCGW, CE:A/3/4/Reach true; ratings blended into partial.
