Overview
High on Life natively supports 4:3 through 21:9 and 32:9 with proper hor+ scaling and a WSGF Gold widescreen/ultrawide award, per both PCGamingWiki and the WSGF's own review page. FMV/cutscene sequences are pillarboxed to 16:9 as a deliberate design choice (pre-rendered video), but in-engine gameplay, HUD, and menus scale correctly with no stretching, so no Flawless Widescreen module is needed (a matching entry does still exist in the FWS repo as a legacy/optional module).

No fix required.
High on Life supports 32:9 correctly out of the box across every mode.
Patch history & verification
current Steam buildSep 21, 2026
Cross-verified PCGamingWiki's WSGF Gold ultrawidescreen award claim directly against the live WSGF review page (wsgf.org/dr/high-life/en) and confirmed a "High On Life" module is currently listed in the Flawless Widescreen repo XML, though native support means it is not required. Cutscene pillarboxing (FMV only) verified from PCGamingWiki Video notes.
