Overview
Nioh 2 lists 21:9 resolutions in-game (e.g. 2560x1080) with Hor+ gameplay and menus, but cutscenes are pillarboxed and the in-game list has no 32:9 option. Lyall's Nioh2Fix (v0.0.3, February 2026) adds custom resolutions such as 32:9, fixes HUD issues, centers the HUD to 16:9, removes cutscene bars and unlocks cutscene framerate; its one known issue is that the dark-realm yellow vignette does not span the screen wider than 21:9. Online co-op safety with an injected ASI plugin was not confirmed.

Read PCGamingWiki (21:9 Hor+ tested by a user; cutscenes pillarboxed; custom resolutions via Nioh 2 Resolution or Nioh2Fix). Verified Lyall's Nioh2Fix on Codeberg: latest release 0.0.3 dated 2026-02-23, README lists 32:9 screenshot and known issue. Flawless Widescreen has a Nioh 2 module by HaYDeN but flagged BETA/not ready. Could not confirm online/anti-cheat behavior or a game build number (lower confidence). Steam name is Nioh 2 - The Complete Edition.
