Overview
Portal 2 is another Source-engine Gold-rated title: widescreen, multi-monitor, and ultra-widescreen all get native Hor+ scaling with no black bars, so 5120x1440 works cleanly for the single-player campaign straight out of the box. The only rough edges are a fixed default FOV (no in-game slider, though console-hackable) and a crosshair that scales poorly at very high resolutions. Split-screen co-op needs a manual config edit to fit an ultrawide screen.
