Overview
Ready or Not uses vert- FOV scaling rather than hor+, so on a 32:9 panel the game doesn't extend your view horizontally the way you'd want — the effect is a zoomed-in, oddly cropped picture that players describe as much worse at 32:9 than at 21:9. This is baked into how the engine handles aspect ratio and there's no reliable client-side mod or config fix. No Flawless Widescreen plugin exists either, so 32:9 users are stuck picking an FOV slider compromise rather than a true fix.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
No known fix exists — the vert- FOV scaling that causes this is baked into the engine, and no mod or config edit corrects it.

Not working
Less jarring than 32:9 but still noticeably off compared to 16:9, FOV slider only partially compensates.
