Overview

Resident Evil Village is one of the more genuinely ultrawide-friendly RE Engine titles: 5120x1440 on a Samsung Odyssey G9 works out of the box with no hacks and no black bars during actual gameplay. The main complaint isn't aspect ratio at all — default FOV feels cramped even at 21:9/32:9, fixed by REFramework's built-in FOV slider. REFramework's ultrawide/FOV toggle has a known minor bug where the visible cursor and actual aiming point can drift slightly out of sync.

Working
Odyssey G9 works natively with no hacks; REFramework's ultrawide FOV fix occasionally causes a slight cursor-vs-aim offset in menus.
