Overview
Gameplay is Hor+ at 21:9 and wider, but cutscenes stay pillarboxed to 16:9 and the HUD is not centered. Rose's trainer-style mod removes the cutscene black bars and gives a live FOV slider. It has not been updated since v2.1 in November 2021 and antivirus programs may flag it.

Re-checked PCGamingWiki (Hor+ gameplay, pillarboxed cutscenes at ultrawide and multi-monitor), the GitHub repo (only release v2.1, 2021-11-09, README says tested on Origin at 2560x1080 and 5760x1080). Checked the Flawless Widescreen public repo: no module for this game (the only similarly named entry there is Persona 5 Royal, a different game). Could not confirm the mod on the current Steam build or the menu behavior; 32:9 rating comes from the wiki's multi-monitor notes.
