Overview
Tekken 8 is one of the better native ultrawide fighters at 21:9 — at 3440x1440 fights, the Vs. screen, and most menus fill the screen with a real Hor+ view, with only pre-rendered cinematics and a couple of menus staying pillarboxed to 16:9. There is no official 32:9 support: on 5120x1440 you get black bars during fights unless you apply a community hex edit to polaris-win64-shipping.exe, and the edit forces a tradeoff where preserving vertical FOV pushes menus/customization back to 16:9. Since this patches the executable, its interaction with anti-cheat/online play isn't clearly documented.

Working with fix
Applied the WSGF Discord hex edit to polaris-win64-shipping.exe; fights now fill 32:9, but menus reverted to 16:9 after adding the Engine.ini FOV-preservation line.

Verified via DigiStatement and Steam Community threads — native 21:9 confirmed working without black bars during fights; 32:9 requires a documented hex-edit + Engine.ini workaround.
