Persona 5 Tactica is locked to 16:9 with permanent pillarboxing on both 21:9 and 32:9 displays; PCGamingWiki explicitly marks ultrawidescreen support as false and no working community fix (à la P5StrikersFix) could be found for this specific title. It is a fixed-camera, grid-based tactical RPG, so the missing width is a real limitation but adds limited gameplay value even if unlocked.

Ultrawide doesn't add much here.

PCGamingWiki's own Video table lists ultrawidescreen=false with no notes, and player videos are titled 'NO Ultrawide Screen support'; unlike its sister title Persona 5 Strikers there is no known Lyall/community fix for Tactica. It is also a fixed-camera, grid-based tactics board (bird's-eye view), so even if forced wider the extra width would mostly show empty space rather than useful gameplay area.
