Overview

The original Blasphemous (confirmed distinct from Blasphemous 2/II via PCGamingWiki search) pillarboxes to 16:9 natively with no built-in ultrawide option. A dedicated PCGamingWiki Community mod removes the black bars and has been actively maintained (most recent update noted May 2025), tested by its authors at 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9, which is why this is rated fix-required with good overall status rather than native.
