Overview
Steelrising did not ship with ultrawide support at launch, but a developer (Spiders staff member Anders) announced on X that patch 1.4.6 added 21:9 ultrawide support around February 2024, which lines up with PCGamingWiki now listing Hor+ ultrawidescreen support for both gameplay and cutscenes. Menu screens are conservatively marked 16:9 since no source confirms menus were also adapted, and 32:9 has no direct confirmation either way.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
Ultrawide was added natively via patch 1.4.6, so no third-party fix is needed for 21:9; 32:9 behavior specifically has not been confirmed by an independent source.
Patch history & verification
1.4.6Sep 23, 2026
Confirmed via a developer social media post that ultrawide 21:9 support (Hor+, including cutscenes per PCGamingWiki) was added in patch 1.4.6, roughly Feb 2024. Menu-screen ultrawide behavior and 32:9 support are unconfirmed and set conservatively rather than assumed excellent.
