Overview
Trials of Mana does not support ultrawide correctly: picking a 21:9 or 32:9 custom resolution (e.g. 2560x1080 or 3440x1440) stretches the rendered 16:9 image horizontally instead of widening the field of view, per both PCGamingWiki testers and a WSGF community thread from 2020 asking for a fix that was never delivered. Camera zoom/FOV is also locked to five fixed presets that cannot be adjusted, and no Flawless Widescreen module or other mod exists to correct the stretching.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
PCGamingWiki and a dedicated WSGF Reddit thread both confirm that setting a 21:9/32:9 custom resolution simply stretches the image rather than expanding the field of view, and no working unstretch/FOV mod or Flawless Widescreen module exists for this game.
Patch history & verification
1.0.3Sep 22, 2026
Verified via PCGamingWiki's multimonitor/ultrawidescreen fields, both marked 'hackable' with 'Stretched' notes citing tester reports at 3440x1440 and 5760x1080/2560x1080. Cross-checked against the linked WSGF Reddit thread, which as of this check still shows no confirmed working unstretch method. Searched Flawless Widescreen repo XML directly - no Trials of Mana module present, confirming FWS does not cover this title.
